• You will not use WenSwap to defraud others or engage in money laundering

• You understand that WenSwap does not make transactions untraceable—only less accessible to casual observers

WenSwap employs advanced monitoring technologies to detect fraudulent or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to hold, investigate, or restrict any transaction flagged by our systems or our exchange partners.

WenSwap fully cooperates with law enforcement and will comply with valid legal requests, including subpoenas, warrants, and other regulatory inquiries.

By using WenSwap, you agree that your funds were legitately obtained from legal means. You confirm that you will not use wenswap to defarud people, or launder money.
