Creating Orders

This section provides a detailed walkthrough of creating and completing an order through WenSwap.

Order Creation Flow

To start your order either:
- Click 🔁 Create Order button
- Send /order command

1. Select Source Network

Choose the blockchain where you'll be sending tokens from

1. Select Token to Send

Choose from available tokens on selected network

1. Enter the amount to send

Enter the amount of selected tokens you want to send

1. Select Destination Network

Choose the blockchain where you want to receive tokens

1. Select Token to Receive

Choose which token you want to receive

1. Provide Receiving Wallet

Enter new wallet address OR use saved default wallet if available

1. Review & Confirm

Review order details:
- Send amount and token
- Receive amount and token
- Receiving wallet address

Completing the Order

Once order is created, follow these steps to complete it:

Send Payment

• Use the provided deposit address

• Send exact amount specified

• Include memo/tag if required

Track Status The bot will automatically update you on:

• Payment received

• Exchange progress

• Completion status

You do not need to send the exact amount that is in your order creation, you can send less, or more, and it will automatically calculate the new rate upon receiving the funds.

Do not send funds to the same deposit address more than once.
